One Day Campus Connect Programme by Infosys, on 19 Aug 2016

The Department of Science and Humanities of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering organized a one-day Infosys Campus Connect Programme, on 19 Aug 2016. The programme was started with an Invocation at 9.30 a.m. in the college auditorium. Dr. K. Nagajyothi, Professor and Head of the Department of Science and Humanities welcomed the gathering. Dr. V. P. Ramamurthy, the Chairman of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering presided over the programme and addressed the students on the importance of Communication Skills and Career. Mr. Antony Roy Arnold, Lead, Education Training Academy, Infosys addressed and trained the students. He opines that, “Engineers are imaginers and they make the world of difference.” He made the students to watch innovative videos on the development of engineering field and made them to understand the industrial requirements. He also educated the students on the significance of Technical Skills and Interview Skills. All the students were promoted with valuable ideas and guidance on the importance of placement through this Infosys Campus Connect Training Programme. At the end of the programme, Mr. T. V. Rajendran, Department of Chemistry proposed the vote of thanks.
