Inauguration of Women Empowerment Cell, on 11 Aug 2016

The women empowerment cell of Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering was inaugurated on 11 th August 2016. The Chief Guest Dr. Giri Rengasami, a women achiever who is presently working as Dean, Vinayaka Missions University in her inaugural address said that women empowerment is necessary is important to m ake bright future of the family, society and country. The managing trustee Mrs. Roopa Senthil Kumar presided over the function and said that women have a deeper insight in analyzing and interpreting. Prof. R. Kalavathy, Dean- Administration & Planning welcomed the gathering, Dr.C. Ramesh Babu Durai delivered the special address and the convenor, Dr.K. Nagajyothi introduced the chief guest. The team from Hindustan Unilever Limited presented videos which motivated the girl students regarding how to gain self confidence and face the interviews without fear.
