First Silambam World Cup Championship 2019, conducted by World Silambam Federation, on 03 - 06 Oct 2019

First Silambam World Cup Championship 2019 was conducted by World Silambam Federation from 03.10.2019 to 06.10.2019 at Kedah, Malaysia. Totally 10 countries participated in this championship. From that countries 400 player participated. Including 80 players from Tamil Nadu totally 140 player from India participated. Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering, Mechanical department student Mr. B.Veeramanikandan won one gold medal and one silver medal for different style of silambam in that championship.
