Online Guest Lecture on fuzzy logic and its applications, on 19 April 2022

Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering organized an "Online Guest Lecture on fuzzy logic and its applications". The speaker explained the difference between classical logic and fuzzy logic. And she distinguished between classical sets and fuzzy sets. Then she explained the fuzzy architecture. Fuzzy architecture is followed by fuzzification, rule formation and defuzzification. Then explained the fuzzy logic application in automatic speed control of the fan. She explained the application using the Rule editor of MATLAB software. Then she started the fundamentals of Digital Image Processing and explained various digital image processing techniques. Then she explained the image enhancement process using the MATLAB software. Finally she concluded the lecture with advantages, disadvantages and applications of fuzzy logic.
