Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is a constantly evolving discipline for Mobile phones, Computer chips, Fiber optics to ground-cockpit communications in aeroplanes and so on. This discipline covers the entire gamut of the avenues open for ECE engineers.

At DCE, our experienced professors contribute their best with a single minded focus on learning facilitation to create competent engineers, who are able to strive, survive and succeed in the IT and electronics industries. Adequate emphasis is given to practical application of theoretical concepts so that students are geared to face the challenges of the future.

The era of cognitive thinking instigates in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The programme kicked off from the academic year 2020 – 21 with a vision to build the intellectual capital of the society through research-based education, creating new knowledge and innovations. The Department is accounted for creating the best talents with core specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The faculty team is brought together with a well trained, certified and qualified crew of people in the domain of Data Mining and Big Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Data Analytics, Natural Language Processing, Image Processing and Computer Vision. The Department is equipped with adequate facilities with classrooms, laboratories and seminar halls. The Laboratories are with high powered system configuration which are essential for heavy demanding tasks, network with seamless internet connectivity and Wi-Fi facility with the speed of 100 Mbps.
